Digital Marketer

About the role

Gidi Steel Properties Limited is hiring a full-time Digital Marketer based in Abuja, Nigeria. The role covers strategy, content, SEO, paid advertising, social media and email marketing, with data-driven reporting to support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Research consumer behaviour, analyse competitors and outline multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Create blog posts, landing pages, videos, graphics and email newsletters to engage customers at every stage of the sales funnel.
• Optimise website architecture, keywords, metadata and mobile responsiveness to improve rankings on Google and drive organic traffic.
• Manage pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads and social media to target specific audiences and maximise ROI.
• Oversee brand presence, schedule posts and interact with online communities on Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Build and segment subscriber lists, design automated email workflows and run retention or promotional campaigns.
• Track KPIs with tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager and refine tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of verifiable experience in sales, business development and digital marketing, specifically in real estate development and construction.
• Proven track record of generating quality leads through digital channels and achieving sales targets.
• Demonstrated expertise in content creation, social media management, SEO/SEM and paid advertising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Preferred: digital marketing or business development certifications (e.g. Certified Digital Marketing Professional, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
