Social Media Marketing Expert

About the role

Triggerbolt is hiring a Social Media Marketing Expert to build and run social media presence for its clients. The role covers strategy, content creation, community engagement, paid advertising and performance reporting, and is open to entry-level candidates with about 12 months of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media plans aligned with business goals, targeting specific buyer personas and choosing the right channels such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn or X.
• Create compelling copy, design graphics and produce videos and multimedia content.
• Maintain an editorial calendar using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer and schedule posts at optimal times.
• Reply to comments and direct messages and engage followers to build loyalty.
• Monitor viral trends, hashtags and algorithm changes to keep content relevant.
• Track KPIs, web traffic and ROI, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Run and optimise targeted social media ad campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses, brands or organisations.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Ability to turn complex AI, software and automation concepts into simple, engaging content.
• A portfolio or examples of previous social media work are required.
• Experience generating leads, inquiries or business opportunities through social media is an advantage.

Required skills

• Content creation: reels, short-form videos, carousels, graphics and written posts.
• Copywriting: engaging captions, hooks and calls to action.
• Use of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar content platforms.
• Creating and managing a consistent content calendar.
• Analyzing performance with platform analytics and adjusting strategies based on data.
• Remote work: independent, deadline-driven, with strong communication, creativity, attention to detail and time management.
