Digital Marketer

About the role

The Digital Marketer will design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that promote KOKO Group’s products and services. You will work closely with content creators, designers and cross‑functional teams to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and YouTube, monitoring ROAS and implementing retargeting.
• Plan and execute social‑media content strategies, collaborate with influencers and track community engagement.
• Oversee SEO initiatives, optimise product and landing pages, and monitor organic traffic and conversion rates.
• Design and run email, WhatsApp and SMS marketing flows, set up automation for lead nurturing and measure open and click‑through rates.
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel and CRM tools; produce weekly and monthly reports.
• Adjust budgets and tactics based on KPI trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Creative thinker capable of developing engaging marketing concepts.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
