Digital Brand Manager

About the role

ExcelMind Cyber is looking for a proactive and strategic Digital Brand Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of Tolulope Michael and ExcelMind Cyber. The role covers brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation and audience growth, and involves writing, coordinating writers and creatives, managing publishing schedules and ensuring consistent execution across platforms. It is a hands-on leadership position, remote, in the CST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Develop distinct digital brand strategies for both brands and keep brand identity, messaging and tone of voice consistent
• Create content calendars and coordinate daily publishing across platforms
• Write, edit and oversee social media posts, articles, newsletters and thought-leadership content; set up and manage both brands' Substack publications
• Coordinate writers, designers, editors and other contributors, assign tasks, set deadlines, track deliverables and hold the team accountable
• Identify audience growth opportunities, track content performance, website traffic and subscriber growth, and prepare regular performance reports with recommendations

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital brand management, content strategy or digital marketing
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
• Experience coordinating teams and managing multiple deliverables
• A portfolio showing relevant work and results

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools, content analytics, SEO and publishing platforms
• Blogging, scripting, digital marketing and social media management
• Strong organisational, analytical and project management skills
