Deposit Mobilization Officer – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a target‑driven Deposit Mobilization Officer to join our Wealth Management team. In this hybrid role you will be responsible for sourcing and mobilising at least ₦50 million in deposits each month, working with high‑net‑worth individuals, corporates and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to mobilise deposits from individual and corporate clients.
• Identify, onboard and retain new clients to achieve a monthly deposit target of ₦50 million.
• Deepen relationships with existing clients to increase deposit volume.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the Senior Wealth Manager to tailor investment and deposit solutions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and update daily activity reports.
• Conduct periodic client reviews to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in relationship management, sales or business development within a financial institution.
• Proven track record in deposit mobilisation or wealth/client portfolio management.
• Strong network of high‑net‑worth individuals, professionals and corporate clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
