Data Science Graduate Program – 18-Month Placement

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is launching an 18‑month Data Science Graduate program to build a data‑driven culture across the organisation. The role is designed for recent BSc Data Science graduates who want hands‑on experience in master data management, analytics and machine learning within a leading beverage company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing and monitoring multi‑functional, multi‑geographical data management policies.
• Contribute to data collection models, entry control and quality road‑maps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support data‑related initiatives and governance.
• Help develop and facilitate a data ownership model and master data management (MDM) framework.
• Identify strategic opportunities for local growth and resource allocation.
• Continuously analyse data, generate insights, trends and predictive analyses for reporting and planning.
• Develop and improve data extraction and consumption methods for stakeholders.
• Present analytical findings and forecasts to demonstrate business impact.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Data Science or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
