Data Entry Officer – Hybrid (Delta State)

About the role

The Data Entry Officer supports Moniepoint’s onboarding process by ensuring merchant information, product catalogues, inventory and pricing data are entered accurately into the Moniebook platform. Working in a hybrid setting, you will collaborate with Onboarding Specialists and Account Managers to keep data clean, enable fast go‑lives and provide reliable reporting for retail customers.

Key responsibilities

• Input, update and maintain merchant data, including product catalogues, SKUs, pricing, inventory levels and customer profiles.
• Process bulk data imports from spreadsheets and CSV files, validating format and completeness before upload.
• Ensure all records follow Moniebook’s data standards and naming conventions.
• Prepare merchant accounts ahead of onboarding by populating required product, inventory and configuration data within agreed timelines.
• Review merchant‑submitted data templates for errors or missing fields and follow up to resolve gaps before entry.
• Support the setup of catalogue structures and assist with data‑related queries during the onboarding phase.

• Strong organizational skills for handling large volumes of information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) for data entry and manipulation.
