Cybersecurity / N+ Instructor

About the role

HiiT PLC is hiring a part-time contract Cybersecurity Instructor for its Lekki branch. The instructor delivers practical cybersecurity training to students at beginner and advanced levels, explains concepts clearly, runs hands-on class exercises and links security topics to strong networking fundamentals. Candidates must live in Lekki or nearby and be available to teach onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Teach cybersecurity classes to beginner and advanced learners
• Facilitate practical labs, demonstrations and hands-on exercises
• Explain core cybersecurity concepts in a clear, structured way
• Teach relevant networking fundamentals, including N+ level concepts
• Support students during practical sessions and help them troubleshoot lab tasks
• Prepare or adapt class materials, exercises and examples where needed

Required profile

• Practical experience in Cybersecurity and N+ is mandatory
• Solid teaching and training skills to communicate technical concepts to students
• First degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Resident of Lekki or nearby environs

Required skills

• Certifications in Cybersecurity, CEH and CompTIA N+ are an advantage
