Customer Support & Sales Onboarding Agent (Hausa-speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support and Sales Onboarding Agent who can engage customers at the point of sale and guide them through product onboarding. The role is based in Lagos and operates 24/7 on a rotational shift basis, requiring clear communication in English and Hausa.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone or approved channels to introduce purchased products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Capture and document customer information accurately in the CRM system.
• Resolve routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for onboarding volume, quality, and productivity.
• Follow call scripts, onboarding procedures, and compliance guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Quality Assurance to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or sales is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner, customer‑focused, and able to work 24‑hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Resident of Maryland, Lagos or nearby environs.
