About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to respond promptly to customer inquiries, convert them to sales, and maintain a positive, empathetic, professional attitude. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to build lasting relationships and drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, converting them to sales.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Make inbound and outbound calls.
