Customer Support Representative

About the role

The Customer Support Representative will be the first point of contact for diners and online customers of Downtown Grill. You will ensure orders are taken accurately, payments processed smoothly, and any issues resolved promptly, delivering a high‑standard hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via walk‑in, phone, and online channels.
• Respond to inquiries, address complaints, and provide professional resolutions.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to guarantee timely and accurate order preparation.
• Handle payment transactions and verify order accuracy before pickup or dispatch.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in any discipline.
• Completed mandatory NYSC programme.
• Residence in Yaba or surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of relevant experience are welcome.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
• Additional transportation allowance of NGN 15,000 per month.
• Full‑time permanent position with a structured training month followed by shift work.
• Training schedule: Monday–Saturday 9:00 am–8:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm–6:00 pm (rotating Sundays).
• Post‑training shift options: morning (7:30 am–3:00 pm) or afternoon (1:30 pm–8:00 pm).
