Customer Success & Sales Executive

About the role

A hybrid Customer Success & Sales Executive role focused on expanding business and retaining long-term clients within an ICT solutions portfolio covering cloud infrastructure, network solutions, cybersecurity and managed IT support. The position suits motivated graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career in B2B technology sales and strategic account management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify leads across SMEs, large corporations and institutional sectors.
• Deliver customised presentations for advanced ICT services such as cloud migration, SD-WAN, cybersecurity frameworks, data centre operations, SaaS platforms and managed IT solutions.
• Run product demonstrations, manage the full sales cycle and use closing tactics to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and act as the main contact between customers and technical teams.
• Drive product adoption and help clients achieve their business outcomes.
• Hold quarterly business reviews, gather feedback and proactively upsell and cross-sell.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations in line with SLAs, and lead contract renewals to reduce churn.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track the sales pipeline and produce weekly reports on sales activity, client health and revenue forecasts.
• Share market intelligence with product and marketing teams.
