About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service and Support Operations Specialist to manage enquiries, follow‑ups and sales conversion while supporting order processing and daily operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and follow‑ups, converting interactions into sales.
- Support order processing, maintain inventory records and assist with bookkeeping.
- Coordinate dispatch and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records and update digital systems.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidates with up to two years of experience in customer service, sales or operations.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Attention to detail, reliability and ability to work in a team.
- Initiative and willingness to learn.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000 per month.
- Full‑time permanent position.
