Customer Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Representative to join La Krayon’s team in Abuja. The role focuses on greeting guests, explaining our gaming services and memberships, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional manner.
• Explain games, services, pricing, memberships, and lounge rules.
• Assist with bookings, registrations, and tournament entries.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and feedback.
• Promote memberships, events, tournaments and other services.
• Coordinate with game coordinators and staff to deliver efficient service.
• Record feedback and report important issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
• Ensure payments are received and sessions/bookings are accurately recorded.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc qualification.
• 1‑2 years of customer‑service experience (advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, respectful, confident and energetic personality.
• Ability to work with diverse people and as part of a team.
• Passion for games and delivering great customer experiences.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
