Customer Success Associate

About the role

Join RightCom Technologies as a Customer Success Associate on the Compliance Reviews team. You will act as the first‑level point of contact for merchants across several African markets, ensuring their accounts meet compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and activate new merchant accounts and support onboarding.
• Assess changes to existing account details for compliance.
• Perform ongoing monitoring of live businesses to detect policy breaches.
• Handle inbound and outbound tickets via Front, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to senior agents.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
• Comfortable speaking with merchants on the phone.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

• Front (ticketing platform)
