Customer Service Representative

About the role

Richwill Premiere Innovations is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team in Ibadan. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders and after‑sale support across phone, WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other messaging channels.
• Confirm and verify orders accurately and professionally.
• Provide detailed product information and guide purchase decisions.
• Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle complaints, resolve issues promptly and record feedback.
• Report recurring issues to management.
• Support sales by upselling or cross‑selling when appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum HND; science or health background is a plus.
• Strong communication, clear speaking voice and professional appearance.
• Female preferred, age 18‑28, residing in Monatan or nearby areas.
• At least 1 year experience in customer service, call centre, e‑commerce, retail or sales.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle objections and close sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and social‑media ordering platforms.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
• Full‑time schedule: 9 am‑6 pm Mon‑Fri, 9 am‑4 pm Sat.
