About the role
Odixcity Consulting, an international HR consulting and procurement firm, is looking for a dynamic NYSC Corps member to join its Port Harcourt office as a Customer Service Representative. This full‑time position offers a valuable chance to acquire hands‑on corporate experience during the service year. The role involves direct interaction with clients and supports the company’s commitment to high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Record customer interactions and transaction details.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
Required profile
- Current NYSC Corps member serving in Port Harcourt.
- Residence in Trans‑Amadi or surrounding area.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Smart appearance and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
- Available to start immediately.
