About the role
Capinta Consult Limited is hiring a Chat Moderator in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The moderator responds to user chats on an online platform, keeps conversations professional and safe, and enforces the platform's rules.
Key responsibilities
- Moderate and respond to user chats professionally.
- Engage users and encourage positive interactions on the platform.
- Enforce platform rules and community guidelines.
- Identify, flag and report abusive or inappropriate content or behaviour.
- Maintain a safe, respectful and engaging user experience.
Required profile
- Applicants must be 18 years or older and provide a valid means of identification.
- Ability to follow instructions and company policies strictly.
- Mature, discreet and comfortable working with adult-themed content.
- Owns a laptop or desktop computer with access to a stable internet connection.
Required skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills.
