Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations at our Marina facility in Anambra. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth shipping, receiving, and material handling while maintaining high inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storage, and material handling.
• Maintain rigorous inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Implement and manage robust stock management systems.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with transport and procurement teams to ensure timely dispatch and optimal routing of goods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations, preferably in logistics or freight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work close to the main market in Onitsha, Anambra State.
