Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Castel Resources in Port Harcourt. The role involves handling customer interactions across multiple channels and ensuring a high standard of service in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media and walk‑in visits.
• Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
• Process customer requests, orders and follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Monitor feedback and suggest improvements to service processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

• CRM software (experience preferred)
