Customer Service Representative

About the role

Joatech Global Link investments ltd is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team in Port Harcourt. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and in‑person.
• Handle complaints, provide timely solutions and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Process orders, forms and requests accurately while maintaining detailed records.
• Provide product, service, pricing and policy information.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
• Achieve established performance targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum OND or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
