Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and complaints across multiple channels. This role supports the delivery of high‑quality service for a pharmaceutical company, ensuring accurate information and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and follow up on pending issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service delivery standards.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a customer care representative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling concerns.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
