Customer Service Manager

About the role

The client organization, recruited through Aureole Consulting, is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead its Customer Services Department. This role will oversee daily operations, ensure service quality, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Customer Services Department, aligning activities with overall business objectives.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of customer quotations, orders, and order confirmations.
• Manage staffing, training, coaching, and performance to build a motivated, high‑performing team.
• Establish, monitor, and report on service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance targets.
• Drive change management, process enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in a B2B or B2C customer service environment.
• At least 3 years in a senior customer service or customer relations management role.
• Experience in manufacturing or wholesale environments is a distinct advantage.
• Proven track record in high‑volume, customer‑driven industries and expertise in change management or process improvement.
