About the role
ORIKI GROUP is hiring a Customer Experience Team Lead in Marina, Lagos. The role supervises customer experience representatives, oversees spa bookings and keeps customer satisfaction high, working closely with Spa Managers and other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise Customer Experience Representatives and monitor their performance
- Oversee spa bookings on Zenoti to prevent scheduling conflicts
- Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly
- Monitor customer feedback, satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate team meetings and customer service training
- Promote ORIKI products and services through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with Spa Managers and other departments for seamless service delivery
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant customer service experience
- Experience managing customer complaints and leading or training teams
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills
