Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist

About the role

TalentPop App is building a remote team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist you will interact with shoppers across multiple channels, turn conversations into sales opportunities, and support post‑purchase needs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and SMS, providing product information and order assistance.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to enhance the shopping experience.
• Recover sales through subscription renewals, abandoned‑cart follow‑ups and win‑back campaigns.
• Handle order‑related issues such as tracking, returns, exchanges and post‑purchase support.
• Maintain accurate customer records, log feedback trends and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online sales and customer support experience.
• Prior experience in e‑commerce environments, including upselling, cross‑selling, subscription recovery or abandoned‑cart support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Experience using phone, email or chat channels for customer service.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote setting.
