About the role
The credit manager is responsible for assessing new financing applicants using information obtained from the Territory Development Officers, field verifications and credit assessments completed by the credit officers following a strict and prescribed credit assessment process.
Required profile
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as ICAN, ACCA, CIBN, CFA or recognized credit/risk management certifications (preferred).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in credit management, credit analysis, lending, risk management, banking, fintech, BNPL or asset financing, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
