Creative Director

About the role

CIG Motors is looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision and execution across all brand touchpoints. The role oversees design, motion, video and content development, turning marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts while keeping output on-brand and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the overall creative direction and concepts for campaigns, aligned with brand and marketing objectives
• Translate briefs from the Marketing Manager into creative concepts for campaigns, events, social content and offline collateral
• Lead and mentor the creative team and oversee the production of videos, photography, motion graphics and print/digital collateral
• Review and approve all creative deliverables before publication
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain quality standards and review processes
• Stay current with design, video and creative trends, and manage external agencies, freelancers and vendors when needed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication or a related field
• Strong portfolio showing creative direction and design capability
• Minimum 7-10 years in creative or design roles, including at least 3 years in a creative leadership position
• Proven experience leading creative teams and campaigns, in an agency or in-house setting
• Strong visual and design sensibility, storytelling ability, project management skills and attention to detail

Required skills

• Proficiency in design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to turn strategy and briefs into creative concepts
