Country Manager – Nigeria

About the role

Ajua, Africa’s first Integrated Customer Experience company, is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its expansion in Nigeria. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for building the business, driving revenue, and establishing a strong market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Nigerian market.
• Achieve local revenue targets and manage P&L responsibilities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with partners, clients, and prospective talent.
• Lead contract negotiations and close new business opportunities.
• Increase Ajua’s visibility within Nigeria’s business community.
• Drive marketing and sales of Ajua’s products and lead business pitches.
• Conduct deep market analysis to define opportunities.
• Facilitate top‑to‑top client relationship initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• 10+ years of management experience in an international business setting.
• Proven sales and business development track record, especially in finance, telecom or tech.
• Strong influencing, networking and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated project‑management expertise.
• Experience living overseas for an extended period.
• Fluent in English and familiar with the local language.
