About the role
The Corporate Sales Relationship Officer will drive bulk cement sales to corporate clients such as construction firms, developers and large‑scale projects. The role focuses on revenue growth, client acquisition and long‑term partnership management.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and manage relationships with corporate clients including contractors, developers, project managers and government projects.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales volume and revenue targets for bulk cement.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate customers, managing expectations on pricing, delivery and product availability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming construction projects to generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved guidelines and structure volume‑based or long‑term supply agreements.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery, credit management and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cement, construction or building materials.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
