Corporate Sales Manager – B2B Growth Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead B2B sales growth, expand market penetration and build strong relationships across corporate, government, NGO and institutional sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B, B2C and wholesale sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals and digital channels.
• Conduct market research, customer segmentation and competitive analysis.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, OEMs, suppliers and distributors.
• Manage sales leads and opportunities through the conversion pipeline.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and sales reports.
• Monitor pricing, market trends and profit margins.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept requirements.
• Develop and manage a high‑performing corporate sales team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of corporate, institutional or field sales experience, preferably in mobile, electronics, technology or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving corporate/B2B sales targets.
• Strong business development, negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
