Copilot & Agents Solution Engineer

About the role

As a Copilot & Agents Solution Engineer you will help customers transform how work gets done by leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio and AI‑powered agents. You will work closely with Copilot Specialists, Customer Success, account teams, partners and engineering to drive AI adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical demos, pilots and envisioning sessions for Copilot and AI agents.
• Showcase Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio aligned to customer priorities.
• Position Copilot as the enterprise AI entry point and foundation for broader AI transformation.
• Partner with Customer Success and partners to create adoption, usage and value‑realization plans.
• Remove technical blockers and support competitive deals by highlighting Microsoft differentiation.
• Maintain deal hygiene and partner attach for qualified opportunities.
• Achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications and share quarterly deal insights.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field with 4+ years technical pre‑sales/consulting experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years experience, OR 7+ years technical pre‑sales/consulting experience.
• Proven experience delivering technical pre‑sales engagements, demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Strong background in cloud, hybrid and on‑premises infrastructure design, migrations and technology management.
