About the role
AV Securitas Limited is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead private security operations across multiple client sites in Lagos, Ogun State or Ibadan. The role requires strong operational judgement, personnel management and client service focus.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guard deployment, staffing coverage and shift handovers.
- Lead supervisors and security personnel, maintaining discipline and accountability.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and operational reviews.
- Coordinate incident response, investigations and corrective action.
- Resolve client concerns and monitor service standards.
- Identify training needs and enforce site procedures.
- Maintain accurate operational records and management reports.
Required profile
- Proven management experience in the private security industry.
- Demonstrable experience managing personnel across multiple client sites.
- Practical experience resolving security incidents and operational challenges.
- Strong leadership, communication, reporting and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel between operational locations.
