Contract & Tendering Engineer

About the role

The Contract & Tendering Engineer will lead the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, and contract documents for oil & gas projects. You will work closely with internal teams to develop accurate technical and commercial proposals while identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end tender processes, from reviewing requirements to submitting bids on time.
• Prepare cost estimates, pricing analyses, and support pricing activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, and commercial teams to produce accurate proposals.
• Monitor tender opportunities and maintain comprehensive records of all tender and contract documentation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in tendering, contracts, procurement, or business development, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, costing, and tender documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with NIPEX.
• Experience using Ariba.
• Knowledge of NOGIC JQS platform.
