About the role
We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef to join our kitchen team at Yanna Apartments. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality continental dishes while maintaining strict hygiene standards and supporting a seamless service experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present continental meals to a high standard.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, control stock, and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- At least two years of experience as a Continental Chef.
- Good knowledge of continental cuisine.
- Ability to work under pressure while upholding safety standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Culinary certification is an added advantage.
