Content Marketing & Creative Specialist

About the role

The Content Marketing & Creative Specialist will shape the voice and visual identity of Poise Body Social Club’s brands across digital channels. You will translate brand goals into engaging content, manage production, and use data to continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars, establishing recurring themes and pillars for each brand.
• Conceptualise and execute campaigns, launches, promotions, events and collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
• Produce and edit short‑form video for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, including shooting, editing Reels, Stories and promotional clips.
• Create graphics, carousels, photography and other digital assets, adapting creative ideas for different formats and audiences.
• Write captions, campaign messaging and promotional copy that reflect each brand’s personality and tone.
• Publish and monitor social media content, engage with audiences, and identify partnership opportunities with creators and influencers.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic and conversions, and provide regular insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in content marketing, digital media or creative production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual content creation, video production and copywriting.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how content drives business objectives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
• Experience using social media analytics and reporting platforms.
