Content & Growth Operator (AI & Lead Generation)

About the role

NexusFlo24 is hiring a Content & Growth Operator to support its growth through content creation, lead generation, CRM management, AI tools and marketing automation. The role suits someone who is creative, organised and digitally confident, and is based in Awka, Anambra State on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Produce short-form videos, graphics, captions and promotional content.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, research and marketing activities.
• Generate and qualify leads through organic and digital marketing, then update and manage them in the CRM.
• Support email, WhatsApp and marketing automation campaigns.
• Monitor content, lead generation and campaign performance, and prepare simple weekly and monthly reports.
• Identify ideas to improve growth, engagement and conversions.

Required profile

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Interest in AI, automation, lead generation and digital business.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and time management.
• Previous experience in content creation, marketing, CRM or lead generation is an advantage but not essential.
