Marketing Intern – Hybrid (Awka)

About the role

This hybrid Sales and Marketing Intern position is based in Awka, Anambra State. The intern will work from our office at 239 Ziks Avenue and is expected to be on‑site four days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and listing properties for rent or sale.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords and agents.
• Showcase properties to potential buyers or renters and manage viewings.
• Provide feedback to landlords and agents and handle administrative tasks.
• Verify property details and negotiate agreements.
• Support the overall property management process to ensure transparency and client trust.

Required profile

• Knowledge of marketing, sales and client relationship management.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid model.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness in real‑estate dealings.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with basic computer skills.
• Social media marketing and management skills are a plus.
