Content Creator / Social Media Manager - Real Estate

About the role

A real estate company based in Ajah, Lagos is looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Content Creator/Social Media Manager to manage its social media presence, develop engaging content and strengthen brand visibility. The successful candidate will create storytelling content that showcases the company's properties, attracts potential clients, drives engagement and supports business growth. The work mode is hybrid, with 4 days on site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms and keep an active online presence.
• Create and plan content including posts, reels, videos, stories and promotional material, and maintain a content calendar.
• Keep brand messaging consistent across all platforms in line with the company's image, values and marketing objectives.
• Plan, run and monitor paid advertising campaigns to raise brand awareness, promote property listings and generate leads.
• Design graphics, flyers and banners that match the brand identity.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties, property tours and site inspections.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and digital marketing strategies relevant to real estate.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or in a similar role.
• Experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with real estate marketing is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Social media management and content creation across major platforms.
• Graphic design with tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Photography, videography and content editing.
• Video editing with tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of social media advertising, campaign management, audience targeting and lead generation.
