Content Creator & Social Media Manager

About the role

CodeBridge Hub is looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead its content engine. You will produce high‑volume, high‑quality content that educates, entertains and converts across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content calendars for the brand.
• Create, curate and manage engaging posts on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Use SEO insights to shape content strategy.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to produce visual assets.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns, including paid ads, promotions and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Optimise content and campaigns based on performance data and audience behaviour.
• Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising and content strategy.
• Excellent communication, writing and creative storytelling abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
