Content Creator – Real Estate Marketing

About the role

Mshel Homes Limited is looking for a creative and results‑driven Content Creator to boost brand visibility and engage customers across digital channels. You will craft compelling content that showcases the company’s real‑estate projects and supports its marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials such as property brochures, flyers, banners, and social‑media posts.
• Create and maintain the visual identity of the brand across digital and print media.
• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing goals.
• Write SEO‑optimized blog posts, website copy, and email newsletters.
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to generate fresh content ideas.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Plan, produce, and schedule engaging social‑media posts, reels, and video content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high‑quality visuals.
• Monitor audience engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• HND or BSc in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills.
