Content Creator & Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

The Content Creator & Digital Marketing Officer will lead the farm’s online presence by planning, producing and publishing engaging content that showcases 3T Innovative Farm’s operations, products and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Capture photos and short videos on‑site, write posts and articles, and design simple graphics.
• Manage social media pages, schedule posts, run basic campaigns and monitor audience engagement.
• Respond to online inquiries and support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with farm management to ensure digital messaging matches business goals.
• Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements to strengthen the brand.

Required profile

• Strong ability to create clear, engaging copy and basic visual content.
• Experience managing social media accounts and running simple digital campaigns.
• Comfort working on‑site in a farm environment and capturing real‑time content.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with farm staff.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks independently.
