Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead daily site activities for large‑scale building projects, ensuring work follows approved drawings, specifications and schedules. This senior role requires coordination of labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works on a daily basis.
• Develop, update and monitor construction schedules using Primavera P6, tracking progress against the critical path.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and work with the project manager on recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with design, quality standards and HSE policies, overseeing inspections and corrective actions.
• Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, foremen and construction teams, managing labour productivity and equipment utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior site management role.
• Proven experience on large, complex building projects such as hospitals or high‑rise structures.
• Professional registration with COREN, CORBON or a similar body is an advantage.
