Community Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Sales Assistant to represent our 10‑unit residential community in Abeokuta. You will manage the on‑site sales office, engage with clients, and support the overall sales and marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the on‑site representative for the residential community.
• Staff and manage the sales office during working hours.
• Respond to client inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
• Distribute marketing and promotional materials within the Abeokuta market.
• Schedule and coordinate presentations for prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with real‑estate brokers, mortgage bankers, financial institutions, public agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Attend networking events and actively promote the community.
• Support lead generation, property marketing, and other sales activities.
• Perform administrative duties to assist the Sales & Marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in sales and marketing within real estate, architecture, design, or construction is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the real‑estate development industry.
• Solution‑oriented with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
