Commission‑Based Sponsorship & Partnerships Executive

About the role

Proudtobeme International is seeking motivated individuals to secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships for its Christmas Bootcamp, aiming to bring festive joy to up to 1,000 community members.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential sponsors, corporate partners, SMEs, foundations and other organisations aligned with the mission.
• Approach business owners, CSR teams, marketing managers and other decision‑makers.
• Present sponsorship opportunities and communicate the value of partnering with ProudToBeMe.
• Generate leads, arrange meetings, follow up prospects and convert opportunities into confirmed sponsorships.
• Explore both financial sponsorships and in‑kind contributions such as gifts, refreshments, logistics, products and services.
• Build relationships that may extend beyond the Christmas initiative into future collaborations.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in sales, business development, partnerships, fundraising or sponsorship acquisition.
• Confident networker with access to businesses, entrepreneurs, corporate professionals or community leaders.
• Ability to pitch ideas convincingly, negotiate professionally and follow through to secure commitments.
• Self‑starter comfortable working towards clear targets and measurable results.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and follow‑up skills.
