Co-Founder – Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑driven Co‑Founder to lead business development for ZHQ, a technology startup building a digital platform for structured commerce in emerging markets. This partnership role focuses on market penetration, ecosystem expansion and establishing strategic relationships with manufacturers, marketplaces and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy to acquire manufacturers and producers onto the ZHQ Core platform.
• Build and nurture relationships with marketplace operators, logistics providers and payment partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion across target emerging markets.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align the platform with partner needs.
• Represent ZHQ at industry events and negotiate partnership agreements.

Required profile

• Proven business‑development track record, preferably in technology or commerce sectors.
• Extensive network of contacts within manufacturing, marketplace or logistics ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to commit to an early‑stage venture.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
