CNC Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to oversee the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of CNC equipment throughout each shift. The successful candidate will ensure machines run efficiently, meet quality standards, and produce the required output.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor CNC machines, adjusting speed and load as needed.
• Interpret blueprints and dimensions to align, load, and operate equipment.
• Oil, grease, and perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Set up material handling equipment and verify proper operation of newly installed machines.
• Track production output, record daily totals, and report any defects.
• Conduct periodic quality checks using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain logs, report unsafe conditions, and participate in safety drills.
• Assist maintenance crew with troubleshooting and repairs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Precision Sheet Metal Operation (PSMO) or CNC operation is a plus.
