Technical Professional – Completions Associate

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an entry‑level Technical Professional to support Completion, Products & Services (CPS) for external customers. Working under direct supervision, you will apply basic engineering principles to deliver reliable well‑site solutions and gain hands‑on experience in the global energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational expertise to customers in a professional manner.
• Assist in pre‑planning, execution, and post‑job analysis of completion projects.
• Support the delivery of CPS services, ensuring project success and efficiency.
• Analyze well‑site data in real time using software simulators and modern electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Participate in developmental programs to accelerate learning and meet PSL objectives.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
• Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in oil‑field completions.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of engineering principles.
• Familiarity with software simulation tools for well‑site analysis.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment used in completion operations.
