Client Service Officer

About the role

The Client Service Officer will act as the primary point of contact for customers, driving new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role blends sales, client support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to meet client needs.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong client relationship management and customer service abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Knowledge of email marketing (preferred).
