Client Advisor – Luxury Brand Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join our luxury fashion store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while driving sales and maintaining a polished store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable luxury products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Follow up on leads, upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Support inventory tracking, stock management and opening/closing procedures.
• Reconcile sales records with internal teams and keep accurate customer data.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and passion for fashion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
