Client Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Joft Recruit, a recruitment and HR consulting firm, is hiring a full-time remote Client Acquisition Specialist. The specialist identifies, engages and onboards new clients, working closely with internal teams so that clients move smoothly from acquisition to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, conduct market and industry research, and develop tailored outreach strategies to reach decision-makers.
• Schedule and lead discovery calls, present service offerings and prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from acquisition to delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track acquisition metrics and contribute to campaigns that drive sustainable client growth.
• Communicate consistently with clients and internal stakeholders to build long-term, trust-based relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical skills and market research capability to identify opportunities and understand client needs.
• Acquisition and program management skills to drive client onboarding and manage acquisition initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions, presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritise multiple opportunities and meet acquisition targets ethically and transparently.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, client acquisition or recruitment services is beneficial.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, basic data reporting and remote collaboration tools is preferred.

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of N200,000 to N300,000.
• Additional commission on closed sales targets.
